Stacey is tired of Danielle obsessing about Ronnie. Jean worries about an out-of-sorts Stacey and gives Danielle money to take Stacey out. At the club the girls bump into Paul, and Danielle is angry when she realises that Stacey told Paul about her abortion. Stacey hits back by saying that she'll tell Ronnie about Danielle as well, and is taken aback when Danielle turns on her and warns her to keep quiet. Minty babysits Summer and gets an unexpected visit from Manda. She is thrown when she sees Minty with a baby and hurries off, thinking that Minty is Summer's dad. Phil encourages Minty to ask out Manda. Minty explains to Manda about Summer, and they arrange to have lunch. Jay is back in Walford and he laughs at Billy when he finds him cleaning the Minute Mart for a pittance. Jay steals out-of-date food from the Minute Mart bin and sells the produce in George Street for a knockdown price. Billy is outraged that Jay has pulled a fast one. Also, Jack panics when Ronnie wants to find out who is funding Roxy, after discovering that she ran up a huge tab at R&R; Ian and Zainab clash over the catering company. An entertainment writer with a diverse taste in TV and film, he lists Seinfeld, The Sopranos, The Chase, The Thick of It and Detectorists among his favourite shows, but steers well clear of most sci-fi.
