We could all do with a dose of Dr Rangan Chatterjee in our lives. In this returning series, he looks at how people’s lifestyles are impacting on their health.

Also coming under the doc's scrutiny is Paralympian Gary Farmer, who is at risk of ending up in a wheelchair unless he can decrease the strain he puts on his shoulders.
