EastEnders spoilers: Jean Slater is horrified by Alfie's shock appearance

Jean wants Alfie out before he discovers the family secret, Kat is delighted to see her kids, and Ian tries to get one over on Ray.

Kat is stunned to find Alfie on the doorstep, begging her forgiveness and vowing to win her back. Terrified that Alfie will see Hayley and the baby, a horrified Jean she orders him to leave. While Alfie heads off to get the boys, a nervy Jean tries to talk Kat out of seeing them, much to everyone’s confusion.

Alfie’s determined to get into the house to talk to Kat. To create a distraction, he invites a few of the Albert Square locals to attend Hayley’s party. Rattled by Alfie’s reappearance, Kat has locked herself in the bathroom. Alfie talks his way into seeing her and they have a heart-to-heart. Kat is over the moon when she finally sees her boys but Jean freezes as an unwitting Alfied cradles Hayley’s baby… When Hayley turns up and reveals she’s the baby’s mum, Alfie is stunned!

Mel is irritated when Ray is late for a date at Walford East. Masood sees an opportunity for Ian and encourages him to keep Mel entertained. Ian talks Keegan and Louise into babysitting Alfie’s kids for him so he can impress Mel. Unsurprisingly, his efforts fail dismally! When Ray turns up, Ian tries to get Ray out of the way. But will his plan backfire?

Also, Keegan and Louise find themselves alone at the Beales’ but are caught kissing my Ian. Meanwhile, Tiffany is shocked when Evie turns up at Hayley’s birthday party.
