Karen gets a surprise visit on Boxing Day, Louise makes a play for a vulnerable Keanu and Kim returns home with her new baby.
Christmas Day over and done with, the residents of Albert Square are sitting down to some Boxing Day celebrations. Karen has planned a big family meal with her sister Kandice. As the meal gets underway she’s stunned by the appearance of an unwanted guest when her ex Mitch turns up on the doorstep!
Ignoring his pleas to see his son, Karen sends him away with a flea in his ear and sits down to the meal hoping for no more interruptions. But the household is soon in disarray when Karen realises that Kandice has let Mitch into the house and is hiding him in the bathroom! Keegan is stunned to see his dad but how will he react – and can he forgive him?
Keanu is having his own troubles as he’s got a voicemail from Sharon. But what does she have to say? Meanwhile, Keegan has tried to make things up with Louise and invited her over for the family dinner. When she turns up at the Taylors, however, she’s got her sights set on Keanu. He’s stunned when she moves in for a kiss but will he be tempted to reciprocate?
Kim returns home after having her new baby and she puts on a bright and breezy façade. It doesn’t take long for Denise to see through her act, however, knowing she’s struggling without Vincent. When Denise and Kim bump into Phil they thank him for being there for Kim and helping deliver the baby.
