Mick Carter gets a helping hand from newcomer Megan and Linda is relieved, meanwhile Stacey is feeling concerned for Hayley.
Mick leaves Linda feeling concerned as he’s still in a dark mood and refusing to speak to Johnny. Feisty football mum Megan turns up at the Vic and puts him on the back foot when she lays into him for abandoning the football team.
Linda’s amused as Megan reminds her of Nancy. She’s relieved that Megan has pushed Mick into getting some of his old fight back, as her hubby gives as good as he gets.
Despite knowing that without a coach the football team has folded, Mick refuses to take on the job. When he has a kickabout with Ollie, Megan shows up some of his coaching techniques. With Megan refusing to leave him be, Mick finally caves in and agrees to coach the team. His spirits lifted, Mick asks Linda to call Nancy and Johnny.
Kat is loving looking after her kids things seem to be looking up in the Slater household. Stacey, however, is worried about how Hayley’s coping. Is she okay?
