Mick Carter is feeling the strain, Denise Fox is shocked by a surprise suggestion and Honey Mitchell gives Billy Mitchell some words of wisdom.

EastEnders landlord Mick Carter is under pressure trying to sort out the Queen Vic’s finances. His wife Linda Carter is concerned that they may be running into money troubles but Mick does his best to reassure her.

When Mitch Baker wants Mick to help him referee a football match, a stressed Mick says he can’t make it. But he ends up being distracted from the books anyway by his aunt Tina Carter.

The Prince Albert bar manager asks him to help her out with some problems at her bar and he gets more than he bargained for. Already stressed, matters are made even worse for Mick when he returns to the Queen Vic and has to deal with a packed bar.

Denise Fox’s patience is pushed to the limit with Patrick Trueman and Sheree in the salon. She’s further frustrated when hairdresser Chantelle Atkins tells her she needs to reduce her hours. Struggling to know how to cope when she’s so understaffed, she’s taken aback by a surprise suggestion from Sheree.

Billy Mitchell lets his jealousy of his ex Honey Mitchell’s partner Adam Bateman bubble over. Honey is fed up with Billy’s attitude towards her relationship and she gives him a reality check.
