It takes a brave celebrity to admit they’re unfit but for Tameka Empson, Les Dennis, Miles Jupp and Susannah Constantine, that confession proves to be the least of their worries as they take on a gruelling exercise regime in aid of Sport Relief.
Supervised by Olympian turned sports scientist Professor Greg Whyte and Dr Zoe Williams, the foursome will spend 10 weeks getting in shape before taking on their final challenge.
