Farewell, Jonny!

After being wrongly accused of murder, Jonny walks out of prison a free man this week. The nurse is keen to get straight back to doing the job he loves but he’s still angry with CEO Guy Self, the man he sees as responsible for everything that’s happened to him. Then, when a former prison inmate is admitted as a patient, Jonny starts to think about what really matters in life and considers a future away from Holby – but first he has a score to settle with Guy… Later, as Jonny prepares to bid farewell to Holby, could there be a reconciliation for him and Jac?

Meanwhile, Sacha’s got a spring in his step as he awaits the return of nurse Essie Harrison from Germany. However, Essie’s initially frosty with Sacha over the fact they’d lost touch and Sacha soon detects Essie’s been seeing someone else. Sacha’s hopeful that he and Essie can get their relationship back on track. But as he can’t be sure of her feelings for him, Sacha must decide whether he’s willing to settle for being second best…

Also, Arthur's on the back-foot when Fletch and Raf prank him on his first day on AAU. They keep him on his toes, with a tricky patient, which ultimately tests his ability… but has he got what it takes to keep up with the pace on AAU?
