We just want to give poor Sidney (James Norton) a big hug! Hungover, depressed and restless, he looks lost, and somehow we don’t think Leonard and Mrs C’s intervention is going to help matters much.

Worse still, Geordie (Robson Green) is investigating the death of a seamstress whose last words were ‘Sidney Chambers’.

Sidney has a vague recollection of meeting the woman the night before, when she gave him a light for his cigarette, but his memory is hazy.
