The celebrity pensioners try to get to grips with more hi-tech gadgets in another hilarious episode of ITV's Hard to Please OAPs
This week, Amanda Barrie (pictured above) ‘opens the magic box’ – her laptop – as she and fellow veteran actress June Brown put internet food shopping to the time test, while Michael Whitehall takes the old-fashioned route and heads to the supermarket to get his groceries.
We don’t know which is funnier, Amanda spelling out the words like a five-year-old, June reading her shopping list with a huge magnifying glass, or Michael discussing kitchen gadgets like he’s selling them on QVC.
Meanwhile, Harry Redknapp and Ruth Madoc are on the golf course and, after trying out a remote-controlled trolley, they take a break and have a picnic on a bench using some new gadgets, including a ‘rude-looking’ espresso maker.
Right now, this is the most laugh-out-loud show on TV.
