Can Fletch put the past behind him and have the best Christmas ever?

Meanwhile, Christmas doesn’t hold great memories for Xavier either. Can an unlikely source convince him that, with Donna, he can now make happy ones? Also, after a turbulent 2018, can Hanssen be persuaded to return to the role of Holby CEO?

It seems Mo Effanga (Chizzy Akudolu) and Mr T (Ben Hull) are full of festive cheer this Christmas

It's not all doom and gloom at Holby this Christmas, though. Mo's time at Holby covering for Jac has come to an end and she marks the occasion with a drink at Albie's... and a festive sing-song with her nearest and dearest Mr T! Least someone at Holby looks set to have a Merry Christmas!

And a mysterious Santa walks the corridors of Holby - but who is it?
