Holby City welcomes a new era when icy-cold new Director of Surgery Henrik Hanssen arrives on the wards. Brought in to replace demoted Michael Spence, Henrik wastes no time in making enemies. Knowing there are tough times ahead financially, Henrik's first announcement is that he's going to be making redundancies - and nobody is safe from the axe!
