In 2015 Tom Mustill and friend Charlotte Kinloch were enjoying a whale-watching trip in California. Suddenly, out of nowhere, a huge humpback whale breached and landed on top of Tom and Charlotte’s kayak.

Somehow the pair were unhurt, but now Tom wants some answers about his miraculous escape from the 30-ton creature.
