Natalie Dormer's blind pianist is drawn into a dangerous intrigue after she overhears her upstairs neighbour fall to her death

Natalie Dormer's blind pianist is drawn into a dangerous intrigue after she overhears her upstairs neighbour fall to her death.

Co-written by Dormer, this stylish London-set suspense thriller starts off brilliantly, pulling us into the heroine's world and tipping us off-balance.

However, its grip loosens as the focus widens to embrace spy skulduggery and Serbian war crimes and the twisty plot plays at least one too many trick on the viewer.

Still, the ice-cool Dormer is excellent, while the likes of Ed Skrein (enigmatic hit-man), Emily Ratajkowski (voluptuous femme fatale) and Joely Richardson (ruthless security adviser) provide sterling support.

This film is showing on Sky Cinema Premiere from 8 December.
