Netflix’s exclusive new documentary Inside Bill’s Brain: Decoding Bill Gates looks at what makes the Microsoft billionaire tick
As one of the founders of Microsoft, Bill Gates (pictured above) changed the world as he brought personal computers to the masses, and Netflix’s new documentary, Inside Bill's Brain: Decoding Bill Gates, aims to discover the real Bill with interviews with the man himself, plus his wife Melinda, sisters Kristi and Libby, friends and business associates.
Since stepping down as CEO of Microsoft in 2000, Bill has used his wealth and experience to try to tackle some of the world’s biggest problems, from sanitation to global energy.
The documentary, directed by Davis Guggenheim, the Oscar-winning film-maker of An Inconvenient Truth, looks at the work of The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and their aim to provide fresh, clean water to the people around the world who desperately need it.
‘I’m hopeful that more people will get engaged in these issues and help solve them,’ says Gates.
