Vanda's search for her younger brother, Kenneth, took an unexpected twist when she discovered that her sibling is now living as a woman called Debbie.
Davina and Nicky also revisit two stories from 2015: great-grandmother Christine Gillard, who was reunited with her daughter, Marguerite (now known as Margo), 50 years after giving her up twice for the chance of a better life with a foster family, plus Sue and Chris Ellerton, the first couple on the show, who found their eldest son Andrew after being forced to put him up for adoption when they were unmarried teenage sweethearts.
