First up, Matt examines the country's love of a braai (the South African version of a barbecue), and meets butcher Caroline McCann, who fights against the macho braai culture by teaching ladies the perfect way to grill.
Matt also returns to his days of studying anthropology at university by visiting a region called the Cradle of Humankind, which was where we first discovered fire around a million years ago, leading to a drastic change in our diet and evolution. Continues weeknights.
