Over a third of us admit we’re unhappy with our bodies.
But all that negative self-image could change thanks to C4’s new five-part series Naked Beach.
Each week, three ‘guests’ jet off to a sunny Greek retreat to take part in a revolutionary experiment.
They’ll spend four days in a luxury villa surrounded by eight stark naked men and women, who all have very different body shapes but love the skin they’re in.
The idea is that by the end of the experiment, the volunteers will feel confident about their bodies, too.
This week it’s the turn of Kaye, Elysia and Darrell.
Will they eventually dare to bare all on the Naked Beach?
