The adrenaline-fuelled obstacle-course challenge show Ninja Warrior UK is back for a fifth series

A new batch of athletic ninja warriors – plus some old faces – will be testing their might and mettle against a challenging new assault course in this fifth series.

Some competitors have done more training than others, but if they want to make the semi-finals, this week’s hopefuls will have to conquer a wall dubbed ‘The Beast’.

With Ben Shephard, Rochelle Humes and the irrepressible Chris Kamara following their progress, there’s no shortage of laughter along the way, and rumours of a contestant making it to Mount Midoriyama for the first time in the show’s history mean this year’s series could be the best yet!
