First up, teachers Aine and Anthony have sold their family home in Brighton and purchased a rundown Victorian mansion in the Orkney Isles for £300,000.
They arrive in December and have just four months to convert the former care home into a luxury guest house.
The couple, along with son Dylan, 19, get stuck into the renovations, despite the issues of damp and a leaking roof.
Meanwhile Gerry, eight, is the family's cutest ambassador, exclaiming: 'You can get wi-fi and see puffins here!'
