After Miriam Margolyes and co learned a thing or two about China last week, this week’s feisty seniors are off to Iceland to see what life is like there for the more mature celebrity.
After touching down in the most sparsely populated country in Europe (population around 330,000), Dennis Taylor, Rustie Lee, Sheila Ferguson and Paul Nicholas head for the fishing village of Húsavík, where they go whale-watching, before setting off on a six-hour drive to the capital, Reykjavik.
There, they swap the warm clothing for scanties and throw themselves into aqua aerobics and gymnastics, some more vigorously than others.
Really making the most of the situation is Sheila, who goes on a date with a local – her very own Viking!
