Art critic Andrew Graham-Dixon and chef Giorgio Locatelli return to their beloved Italy but this time they are in the capital. Rome is busy, chaotic and passionate, full of glorious food and timeless art, and both men are in heaven.

After shopping at a bustling market, Andrew takes Giorgio to see awe-inspiring paintings by Caravaggio – and Giorgio shows Andrew how to make the perfect spaghetti carbonara.
