With a storm fast approaching, harvest manager Rob is told he must get the grapes in now or they'll be ruined by the bad weather.

'We don't have experience in doing this, we don't have the people and we don't have the time,' is his worried response.

But despite their fears and a lot of moaning about early starts and long days, the group pulls together to start picking.

Rob does a great job of keeping the troops motivated, bolstered by a genuine passion for the wine business.

Also, the first guests arrive at the ill-prepared B&B and Andy wonders why some are happier drinking the wine than they are picking the grapes.
