While presenter Aled Jones explores the strong Christian heritage of the show and has a go at herding ducks, co-host JB Gill, a former member of boy band JLS, meets up with rugby referee Nigel Owens.
The hugely successful ref grew up on a small farm in Wales and hopes to one day return to his roots after he hangs up his whistle.
