A bag full of coins appeases the fist-waving mob that claims the late Horace is in their debt, but James's smug smile soon fades when a young woman, Lorna (War & Peace's Jessie Buckley), steps forward and announces she's Horace's widow.

This week's episode introduces more top acting talent, including Stephen Graham and Jason Watkins, but keep an eye out for Sherlock star Mark Gatiss, whose plump, red-faced Prince Regent brings some light relief.
