The brilliantly simple concept plays fly on the wall in various changing rooms, this week belonging to the Crusaders, footballing Three Bridges FC and basketball side Tees Valley Mohawks as they assemble before the game, then again for the coach's half-time love-bombing/hairdryer and finally for post-match high-fives or dejection.
