As contrasting law enforcers, Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy are a typically mismatched duo in this knockabout crime comedy.

Bullock's an uptight FBI agent who obeys all the rules to the letter, while McCarthy's an aggressive Boston cop who throws the book - and sometimes even the suspects – out of the window.

Predictably, when they're forced to work together, they clash and then bond, using their different skills to bring down the bad guy.

The movie's crude and rude and the plot is hardly original, but Bullock and McCarthy entertainingly strike comic sparks off each other.
