It’s the concluding week of Top of the Shop as the last place in the final is decided tonight
Hoping to be the winner in the baked goods round are Phoebe with her gluten- and dairy-free brownies; Angelika from Lancashire, who makes and sells pretzels; techie Mike, who bakes sourdough for his neighbours; and, hoping to introduce Brits to Japanese bread, London resident Utako.
In the final all seven category winners battle it out for the title of best up-and-coming artisan.
