Hollyoaks' Myra McQueen recreates Beyoncé's instantly iconic pregnancy photo

Hollyoaks has created a wonderful Myra McQueen homage to Beyoncé following her revelation she's pregnant with twins

Pregnant Hollyoaks character Myra McQueen has channelled her ‘hero’ Queen Bey, replicating the global star’s already iconic image - used to announce that she is expecting twins.

A Hollyoaks spokesperson said: “Myra is a huge Beyoncé fan, all the McQueens are strong independent women and really identify with her music."

Myra – played by Nicole Barber Lane, said: “Me and Bey – blessed to be bump buddies.”

Myra is a huge Beyoncé fan, as are all the McQueens, and feels they have a connection both being pregnant.

The Single Ladies singer broke the news to her 92.3 million followers on her Instagram page.

Alongside a picture showing her growing baby bump, she wrote: “We would like to share our love and happiness.

“We have been blessed two times over. We are incredibly grateful that our family will be growing by two, and we thank you for your well wishes.”

She signed her message from ‘The Carters’.

We think she and Myra glow in equal proportions.
