UK fans have only had a couple of glimpses of new Home And Away star Luke Jacobz, but the actor says he isn't a complete newcomer to his fellow cast members. Luke, better known as cocky cop Angelo, and a former star of McLeod's Daughters, told seven.com.au: "A few of the cast I've met before. I knew Ada (Leah) and Christie (Kirsty) from years ago, and I'd known Lynne McGranger (Irene) for quite a few years as well. "Todd Lasance (Aden) actually came to McLeod's and did a guest edition last year, so when I went into make-up on the first day, he walked in and was like ,'Oh, what are you doing here?' "I know a lot of the crew as well, in the studio and out on location." Talking about his latest alter ego, he told the website: "He's a cheeky cop. He's very confident. He's not arrogant at all, it's not as if he's got attitude. "Angelo's a confident guy, and he knows what he's doing in the police force. He like the ladies. He's outgoing and he's always in a good mood." As for Angelo's love life, Luke, 27, hinted: "There's a bit of love. He's looking for the right one - he's shopping around. Angelo does fall for one of the girls in the Bay, but it might not be a two-way street."
