But just as she's rifling through a folder of paperwork she's discovered, Izzy and Karl arrive unexpectedly
Susan squares up to the pair and demands to know the meaning of all the pregnancy pamphlets she'd discovered. While Izzy stays quiet, Karl thinks it's time Susan knew the truth. He tells his wife that Izzy wants him to father another baby to provide a sibling for Holly. A stunned Susan is reeling!
