The X Factor host Dermot O'Leary has returned full of beans as ITV's long-running pop show prepares for a new series

The X Factor has released a first-look teaser starring Dermot O'Leary ahead of the return of the new series.

Apart from the interesting act they feature in the promo clip, the person who really steals the show is Dermot O’Leary.

Other noteworthy things to look out for include Simon Cowell’s “dancing” and Nicole Scherzinger’s better version of dancing.

So far there’s no exact return date for the show, but the old panel – including Louis Walsh and Sharon Osbourne – look like they’re having a ball.
