Actress Ali Bastian has expressed fears that her romance with Strictly Come Dancing partner Brian Fortuna will fall victim to the show's romance 'curse'. The Bill star fell for Brian when the two of them were partnered on the 2009 series of the show, in which they finished in third place. However their partnership affected Ali's previous relationship with rugby player Nick Kennedy. And according to the News Of The World, Ali is anxious that her romance with Brian won't suffer the same fate when the show returns later this year. "I'm just trying not to think about it at the moment!" she admitted. "At the end of the day, it's what he does for a living, it's his job and I just want to support him." Ali also said that the pair had barely seen each other recently due to Brian's hectic work schedule. "He's off on tour with the Strictly Pro tour at the moment, so he's all over the country. He's absolutely non-stop," she admitted. But the pair are still performing together - and will appear in a West End show, Burn The Floor, this summer. "We're going to start rehearsals for that soon," Ali said, "so I don't get to hang up my dancing shoes just yet!"
