Ten years after he famously branded her "Princess Tippy Toes", Eamonn Holmes has officially buried the hatchet with former GMTV co-host, Anthea Turner. The portly Sky presenter endured a turbulent working relationship with Anthea in the 1990s, at one point laying down the gauntlet to producers by demanding that they either sack her - or him. But the 47-year-old apparently sent his old nemesis a written apology after leaving the GMTV sofa in 2005 to take up a new role on Sky. "He sent me a lovely letter, which was meant to bury the hatchet and to explain the reasons for his actions," Anthea now reveals. "It was very nice and I harbour no grudges. The worst thing you can do in life is to not move on..."
