Patsy Kensit has told What's On TV how taking part in Strictly Come Dancing has given a her much-needed boost. The Holby City actress, who split from fourth husband Jeremy Healy earlier this year, revealed the positive effects taking part in the show has had on her life. "I would recommend to any woman that has had anything happen to them, if they can find an hour a week to sign up for a dance class - do it," she says. "It really does lift your spirits." This week Patsy and her dance partner Robin Windsor are tackling the Charleston. But the actress is not exactly brimming with confidence. "I'm shocked anybody would vote for me, but incredibly grateful," she smiles. "I'm having a laugh, I don't regret doing it at all, but I don't think I'll be there much longer. Every week is a bonus." While she's still dancing, she's also still maintaining a gruelling fake-tan routine, which she says earns her a ribbing from ex-husband Liam Gallagher. "A woman comes round to do my fake tan at home and I might end up giving my youngest son [Lennon] a cuddle. In the morning he'll wake up with one brown arm," she laughs. "His dad said to me, 'You're not bloody Julio Inglesias for goodness sake!'"
