Blue Peter presenter Gethin Jones has missed out on a place in the Strictly Come Dancing final after being voted off the show. Gethin and partner Camilla Dallerup found themselves competing against Matt Di Angelo and Flavia Cacace to reach the final, after the third remaining couple, Alesha Dixon and Matthew Cutler, won the public vote. However, after Matt and Flavia reprised the waltz which had scored them full marks with the judges on Saturday's show, the vote went in their favour. Only Arlene Phillips voted to save Gethin - who had finished bottom of the leader board on Saturday's show after his paso doble and Argentinian Tango. The Welshman admitted afterwards he was "gutted" to have been eliminated at the semi-final stage. "It's been an incredible adventure," he told Bruce and Tess, "and I've got some good moves to take back to the dancefloor." Camilla, meanwhile, told Gethin he had been "incredible" to work with. The two remaining couples will now compete to be crowned series champion in next Saturday's grand final.
