The three finalists in Strictly Come Dancing 2008 are set to fight it out for the series title on Saturday evening. Rachel Stevens, Lisa Snowdon and Tom Chambers all made it through last week's semi-final after a tie in the voting meant that nobody was eliminated from the competition. The problem arose after both Snowdon and Stevens received an equal number of points from the judges - which meant that Chambers would have not have been saved from the dance-off regardless of how many votes were cast. As a result all the public votes from last week have been carried over to the final. The finalists - who have put in a total of 820 hours training between them, will each perform two dances in the first part of the show. All three couples will perform a foxtrot, while Lisa and Brendan will also dance a cha cha cha. Tom and Camilla will perform a salsa while Vincent and Rachel will dance a rumba. The couple with the lowest number of votes will be eliminated at the start of the second part of the show, with the remaining two taking part in a group Viennese Waltz and performing a show dance in their final bid for the title. Despite receiving the lowest score from the judges in the semi-final, Chambers remains the bookies' favourite to win. The Holby star is 10-11 with William Hill to take the title, with Stevens at 6-4. Model and TV presenter Snowdon is the outsider at 9-2. William Hill spokesman Rupert Adams said they had been experiencing record levels of betting on the show. "It is a wide open competition and any of the finalists can win," he revealed. Chambers - who postponed his honeymoon in order to take part in the show - said he wanted to win for the sake of his dance partner Camilla Dallerup. "It would mean granting Camilla her dream. She's been working for this for six years and she's been in the semi-final twice," he said. The final begins at 6.40pm on BBC1, with the results show at 9pm.
