Strictly Come Dancing's Gavin Henson has spoken out about moving on from Charlotte Church and being closer to his two kids. In an emotional interview with BBC Wales, Gavin, 28, expressed how difficult it has been moving on from his ex-partner of five years, Charlotte Church, and what's it like being away from his children. "It's a nightmare situation. It was in the tabloids again at the weekend and it's the worst thing in the world to see your kids being brought up by another fella, it's not nice at all." Gavin insists he doesn't want any sympathy and will continue to try and be the best father possible. "I don't want people feeling sorry for me, it goes on. I've got to deal with it and I am dealing with it. "I'm trying to be the best father I can be when I do see my kids, which is limited. It's tough is all". According to reports Gavin has been trying to persuade his rugby club Ospreys to release him from his contract so he can move out of the spotlight and closer to his kids, Ruby and Dexter. "I want to be somewhere new where people are a little bit too respectful to ask about my business and just don't know who I am. But Gavin hasn't given up his rugby boots just yet, despite a break to appear in BBC's Strictly Come Dancing, he says he does want to continue playing the game: "I want my kids to see me playing rugby again, I want them to be proud of me."
