The Only Way Is Essex girls' latest venture is an exercise DVD sharing their keep-fit secrets, diet and beauty tips. The DVD, out at the end of October, was revealed by Samantha Faiers, who tweeted: “It’s here! #TOWIEfit fitness DVD! Available to buy OCT 31st !! So much fun @LydiaRoseBright @BillieFaiers.” The DVD will feature Sam, Billieand Lydia Bright, who have all recently been papped showing off their slim, enviable figures. Harry Derbridge will also feature giving the trio moral support. It will consist of an hour-long dance routine plus fun extras including tips on how to get the ultimate Essex makeover and the girls chatting about beauty tips, and will coincide with a limited edition Vajazzle DVD. All of the girls are body conscious and Billie revealed why she got fit: "My arms and thighs looked chubbier and I had a bit of a belly. I wasn’t fat but I did feel heavier." Billie blamed her mother’s dinners for her weight gain and revealed to Style Jacking that the food available on the TOWIE set didn’t help: "The crew used to bring in bags of chips, dips and chocolate."
