Saturday's Britain's Got Talent features two of the most eyecatching acts to audition in the new series of the ITV1 show. In Birmingham, a group known as the Circus of Horrors display hair-raising aerobatic theatre skills, while a dance trio from London, Two and a Half Men, are a massive hit with the audience and judges alike... Patrick McLennan is a London-based journalist and documentary maker who has worked as a writer, sub-editor, digital editor and TV producer in the UK and New Zealand. An entertainment writer with a diverse taste in TV and film, he lists Seinfeld, The Sopranos, The Chase, The Thick of It and Detectorists among his favourite shows, but steers well clear of most sci-fi.
