Dancing on Ice bosses reportedly gave Jason Gardiner a mid-show telling-off for his cheeky comments about Todd Carty. The Aussie judge also revealed lawyers were called in after he told the ex-EastEnder: "You look like and move like you have c****** yourself.” Jason, 37, told The Sun: "I was stunned producers reacted that way. We went to a break and a runner took me upstairs and they were up in arms over it. There was a barrage of lawyers there. I can't believe you can't say 'crap' on TV. It's laughable." "They told me, 'Don't do it again'. If I offended anyone I apologise, but it's what his performance looked like to me." An ITV spokeswoman confirmed: "Jason briefly used unsuitable language." Todd, 45, got the lowest marks from judges on the first Dancing On Ice show. But Todd, who appeared in EastEnders as Mark Fowler and The Bill as Pc Gabriel Kent, was saved by the viewers' vote and former footballer Graeme Le Saux, 40, was voted off instead. Jason said: "I'm not offended by Todd, he's great comedy. But I'm not going to jump on the John Sergeant bandwagon. I just want him to sort himself out." Get exclusive access to your favourite stars.
