Monday night’s episode of EastEnders will feature a large-scale catastrophe which may kill off at least one favourite resident of Albert Square. See the new teaser here

The Brannings/Mitchells have only just buried Ronnie and Roxy and now it looks like a new disaster could bring more business for local undertaker Billy Mitchell (Perry Fenwick) …

Next week’s explosive stunt, which will fill the whole week’s episodes, will throw Albert Square into chaos and residents will rally to help those in need.

As the soap’s new teaser shows, it will also shake the very foundations of The Queen Vic. Will it flatten the pub, though?

In Monday’s episode, Martin Fowler (James Bye) is arguing with wife Stacey (Lacey Turner) and Kush Kazemi (Davood Ghadami) about plans to move the market to a new location.

Is it this anger that leads to the catastrophic events that follow shortly after?

And will it be Kush who is fatally injured?
