‘Cain’s chances aren’t good…’ Watch Moira find out Cain could die in Emmerdale (VIDEO)

Macho man Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) has been brought to his knees - literally - by a brain aneurysm.

The bleed on his brain could finish him off completely but he’s refusing to go to hospital - and he’s refusing to tell Moira (Natalie J Robb) anything about it.

Worried, Charity (Emma Atkins) does the talking for him after Moira tells her she’s got Cain to agree to go on holiday.

“I don’t think he should fly, Moira,” Charity says.

“You’ve lost me,” Moira replies.

“OK, so he’s got a swelling in his brain. It’s an aneurysm. I found him collapsed at the garage and forced him to go to hospital,” Charity tells her. “He needs an operation urgently but because of the risks involved he reckons he’ll take his chances.”

“Whoa! Back up a little,” says a shocked Moira. “What are his chances?”

“They’re not good,” answers Charity, telling the pure, honest truth for once in her life. “And it’s not a matter of ‘if’, it’s ‘when’…”
