Emmerdale star Zoe Hordley has revealed that her husband Jeff Hordley - who plays Cain Dingle in the soap - likes to "wind her up" on the set. Zoe, who recently joined the cast as vet Rhona Goskirk, said that while he had been "brilliant" about her arrival on the show, he was partial to playing the occasional prank. "We filmed a sequence where Rhona and Marlon were hugging in the pub, and Cain was playing darts," the actress told Inside Soap. "Jeff normally takes no notice of all that, but on this occasion he turned round and said, 'What do you think you're doing?' Marl Charnock, who plays Marlon, and I went bright red, while everyone was howling with laughter. So he has the odd joke!" Zoe - who has been married to Jeff for 10 years and with whom she has a five-year-old daughter, Violet - added that while they do not share many scenes together it was "fab" to be working with him. "I thought it would be a bit weird for him," she admitted, "but he's been so cool about the whole thing. "If I'd been here for 10 years, I think I'd have been a bit more huffy! But he's so gracious and has been brilliant."
