Dirty Derek Benrose goes to court on multiple charges of rape in Emmerdale this week, but his conviction is not wholly satisfying to one of his victims, Lisa Dingle. Lisa commands husband Zak not to attend the trial for fear of him distracting her from her evidence. But the way Zak sees it, a husband should always support his wife. He turns up just as Lisa has taken the stand and, sure enough, her evidence crumbles under a barrage of defence questioning and Zak's off-putting stare.
