Stand back for Emmerdale’s summer explosion now that Cain knows about Robert and Aaron

It didn’t take long for Robert Sugden (Ryan Hawley) to find out he would never get away with trying to blackmail Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley).

And now the tables have been turned… To protect Robert from any more vicious beatings, Aaron (Danny Miller) has told Cain that Robert has been cheating on Chrissie (Louise Marwood) - with him.

For a nano-second, Cain was speechless… Then he let Robert know that he knows he “bats for both sides”.

What’s become increasingly clear is that the Aaron/Robert affair, that started with that kiss on a country road (see video below), isn’t going to have the happy ending Aaron dreamed of.

We know that Robert will go to deadly lengths to keep his affair with Aaron a secret from Chrissie and keep his place at Home Farm.

He’s already got Katie’s blood on his hands. It’s just a question of “who’s next?”. Aaron? Or Cain? Or both?

We’re not giving anything away, except to say the drama will unravel through the rest of the summer…and it will be hot.
