An artist and former dancer, these two are as hardy they come, but they also value the beautiful and whimsical, and have a joyous sense of fun, which many people lose when surviving is so tough.

It has a profound impact on Ben. ‘Of all the places I’ve visited around the world, this is probably the one where I’d most like to live.
