This week in Casualty, Charlie Fairhead imparts his wisdom for the greater good of the department

Brace yourselves! Every now and again Charlie Fairhead feels it necessary to impart his wisdom for the greater good of the department, and this is one of those occasions (we blame Duffy, there’s definitely been more of a spring in his step since the pair started canoodling in cubicles).

Tonight, it’s Jacob he’s shaking his head at, as the stroppy nurse tries to whip his team into shape with all stick and no carrot.

Not to worry, Super Charlie has his own rather curious way of encouraging Louise to be more compassionate, David to be braver and Noel to be smarter…

Meanwhile, Jez and Max are up to no good and Cal looks like a rabbit in the headlights when he thinks Alicia's pregnant.
