From hearty breakfasts to tasty teatime treats, Mary has it covered.

Mary has two delicious-looking breakfast recipes to kick off her light and easy meals tonight.

First up are drop scones served with yoghurt, blueberries and raspberries.

For a savoury alternative Mary rustles up kedgeree, made with smoked haddock, basmati rice and boiled eggs.

She also visits Charlton Manor Primary School in London, where the children grow their own vegetables to supply their school kitchen.

‘These children have been cooking for years and their confidence is a joy to see,’ says Mary about her accomplished young helpers.

Next on the menu are family-friendly burgers and, finally, a luscious lemon syllabub for dessert.
