Jet Li sets the tone for this non-stop action film when he hurls himself down the outside wall of a tower block. Then it's all punching-out, blood-spurting, bone-scrunching martial arts action.

Robber DMX has stolen some black diamonds, which turn out to be plutonium chips that very bad guy Mark Dacascos is after, while Taiwan cop Li just wants them returned to his homeland. There are car chases, a quad-bike chase and a massive free-for-all at the end.

The movie's good fun as Li takes on numerous villains, DMX manages to keep a straight face and Tom Arnold chips in with the wisecracks.
